NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN THE $25 Gift Cards! SWEEPSTAKES (sometimes “Promotion”), and no obligation of any kind is implied. A PURCHASE AT ANY TIME OF ANY PRODUCT FROM 1 in 100 (“SPONSOR”) DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
To enter online: Log go to www.giftcardsweepstakes.net (sometimes the “Web Site”) beginning at 12:01 a.m. Central Time on June 21, 2010 and click to the Official Entry form. You will then be brought to an entry page where you must complete the submission form. To reach the submission form you must complete a quick survey. After the survey is completed you will have access to the entry form. When you have properly filled in all of the required information on the submission form, make a note to which card you would like and then click “Submit.” The use of automated or third party entry software (such as macro, robotic, script or other forms of automatic entry) is prohibited. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
Limit 5 entries per drawing. Each entry must fill out a different 10 question survey. A winner will be selected when 100 total entries are received.
Open to individual legal residents of the United States who are age 13 or older, and had Internet access at time sweepstakes begins. Minors must get parent or legal guardian permission to enter, and include parent or guardian approval in entry. Prizes won by minors awarded to parent or guardian.
1 in 100 & FTB Inc. are not responsible for entries that are garbled, late, lost, damaged, illegible, stolen, misdirected or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor or elsewhere, or containing incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries. If there is a dispute about the identity of the entrant, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. An “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Web Site or otherwise in violation of the Official Rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
Many will enter, one (1) Grand Prize winner will win one (1) Gift Card valued at twenty-five and 00/100 Dollars ($25.00) and each entry will be entered into the 10K Grand Prize worth ($500.00)
Odds of winning will be 100 to 1 for each one entry, (1 in 20 for those who maximize their entries). From eligible entries, 1in100 will randomly select the winners after every 100 entries. 1 in 100′s decision is final. Winners will be notified by email. No other substitution or transfer. Winners are solely responsible for taxes. Winners required to sign release and eligibility affidavit, and may be required to consent to use winner’s name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation or permission, within ten (10) days of receipt of notice, except where or as prohibited by law. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and awarded to other winner(s) in random drawing from received entries on or after day above time expires. Limit one (1) prize per winner.
Use of Registration Information/Privacy Statement: Your personal information obtained on-line or in conjunction with this Promotion will be utilized by Sponsor for the purpose of selecting the winner of a Prize. If you opt on the Promotion entry form to receive additional information, your information may also be used by Sponsor and by Sally to provide you with other like information in the future as well as for marketing and promotional purposes related to products and services offered by Sponsor and/or 1 in 100, or other properties and for any other purpose whatsoever. Sponsor and/or 1 in 100 may and do employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on Sponsor and/or 1 in 100’s behalf. Examples include, without limitation, fulfilling orders, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions.

SWEEPSTAKES RULES:
No purchase is necessary to enter our monthly sweepstakes.
PRIZES:
1 in 100 chooses an after every 100 entries to win the prize that is selected by that entrant. The prize is non-transferable.
NOTIFICATION:
Any winner will be notified via email. If the winner’s email address is no longer valid he/she will also have forfeited their prize and a new winner will be chosen. Upon notification you will be asked to provide a shipping address for your prize.
PRIVACY:
Upon winning of prize you permit 1 in 100 to publish your name, and possibly state and country if we choose to do so. Please note that none of the information that we obtain for our mailing list is sold or shared by any other companies except FTB, Inc. We will not mail any information to your home address, nor will we call or notify you in any other way other than email.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Please note 1 in 100 reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the on going sweepstakes giveaway.
ELIGIBILITY:
Domestic and International entries are eligible. You must be at least 12 years of age as of the date of entry, and have a valid email address. You may enter as often as you like, but only one entry per hour per email address up to 5 entries. Entering more than once per hour DOES NOT increase your chances of winning! Automated entries are not eligible.
1. How are Winners Selected?
Winners are selected after 100 entries are recieved. Each entry is dated and numbered 1 thru 100. A random number generator is used to select a number from 1 thru 100. The corresponding entry with the chosen number is the winner.
2. How are winners notified?
Winners are notified via the email address that is supplied.
3. When will I receive my Gift Card?
Your gift card will be sent via 1st Class mail within 24 hrs. after a valid email address is supplied. You have 1 week to reply to the winning notification before your prize is forfeited.
4. Can I participate Outside of the United States?
Most gift cards will be US & Canadian based merchants, but winners can be from anywhere. We will cover the additional postage if need be.
5. Will you send my email address spam?
